I surprised my parents with an onboard credit on their first cruise, as I knew my mom would want to buy a lot of pictures and would be a constant battle with my dad who would try to limit her to 1-2 total. For my good friends who are going on their honeymoon in October on the Carnival Glory, we gave them an onboard credit as part of their wedding gift.
