Best vacation songs of all time
As I sit here in non-vacation mode day dreaming about being on vacation, I often dream about sitting on my verandah looking out over the sea, fully relaxed with a my favorite drink, listening to some of my favorite music. Which then leads me to this, what IS in fact the very best music to listen to while on a cruise? What should I load my playlist up with before heading out?
To me, different music brings our different emotions, and, it’s absolutely necessary to select music that really brings out the feeling of, “Yes, I’m on vacation and my life is awesome, now pass me that pina colada!” So, I decided to make a list of what I consider to be the very best cruise songs ever made (in my humble yet clearly correct opinion). And yes, I understand that it’s pretty eclectic, but hey, that’s me!

That's a pretty comprehensive and great list! But, I'd like to add my favorite vacation song which I think deserves a spot on the list: Somewhere Over the Rainbow by Israel Kamakawiwo'ole (Hawaiian version). I think it's now time a drop yet a few more bucks at the itunes store...
I was just headed to vacation in Hawaii and was trying to figure which songs to load onto my phone before leaving to get the cool vacation vibe going. I think I'll be using much of your songs. Good stuff!
